Meet the Artist Toby Buonagurio, a lifetime resident of  New York City and a professor at City College of New York  best known for her colorful, off beat, tongue-in-cheek,  ceramic sculpture. Her famous public art project Times  Square Times: 35 Times can be seen in the Times Square/ 42nd Street subway station in conjunction with the "Confrontational Ceramics" exhibition:
